Spartan Crossing combines the space to live well with a place to live green. Outstanding features, location and amenities make Spartan Crossing an amazing property, but it is our sense of community that makes us one of a kind.

Each unit has a private balcony so you can enjoy the North Carolina seasons and greet your neighbors, too.
A community garden is available for all Spartan Crossing residents to keep, share and enjoy.
Spartan Crossing is committed to the common good. Together, here are a few ways we can contribute to our community:
- Green Energy Challenge- The Spartan Crossing unit with the lowest utility usage each semester wins a cash prize.
- Spartan Crossing Cares- Residents suggest and select local causes they’d like to support as a group. Student-led and student-run, these projects can make a real impact in our community.
