Eco-living
Spartan Crossing promotes eco-friendly living through environmentally conscientious design, construction and living.
Three houses that previously existed on the Spartan Crossing property were moved and donated to local charities rather than being demolished and sent to the landfill.
The brick and stone used at Spartan Crossing came from raw materials regionally extracted, processed, and manufactured in an effort to minimize air pollution, conserve natural resources, and support locally owned businesses.
Landscaping was designed and implemented to maximize water efficiency and eliminate the need for a permanent irrigation system.
